Xiaomi Developer Conference | Using Xiao Ai Voice Assistant with ZMI Bluetooth Products

On November 19, 2019, the 2019 Mi Developer Conference was held in Beijing. In his keynote speech, Lei Jun, Xiaomi founder, stated that Xiaomi would unswervingly maintain the company's "Smartphone + AIoT" dual core strategy, while continuing efforts to build a next-generation super Internet through adoption of a "5G + AIoT" strategy, turning Xiaomi into an Internet platform for everyone's daily lives and embracing the Intelligence Era.

At November 20th's Xiaomi Ecosystem Summit & Xiao Ai 3.0 Release Conference, Zhang Bin, Head of ZMI IoT Product Software, outlined ZMI's efforts to apply Xiao Ai in its Bluetooth products, and detailed the product architecture and technical upgrades made to Xiao Ai in such products. He also announced the upcoming ZMI Wireless Charging Bluetooth Speaker.

Since June 2017, ZMI has developed a range of smart appliances, including smart socket boards, Mi Home Projector, Xiaomi Xiao Ai Smart Alarm Clock, Mi Home Mosquito Repeller (Smart Edition), ZMI Reason ONE, and the upcoming ZMI Wireless Charging Bluetooth Speaker. Many of these products have integrated Xiao Ai.

ZMI's efforts in applying Xiao Ai in the development of the products mentioned above have involved multiple technologies, which Zhang Bin described in detail. These included voice assistant, application program, cloud service, wireless network, and system platform technologies.

As for ZMI products and their technological framework, Zhang Bin provided a detailed description, taking the upcoming ZMI Wireless Charging Bluetooth Speaker as his example. This product not only integrates Xiao Ai, but also supports 20 W wireless fast charging, making it a technological blockbuster.

And apparently all VIPs and media representatives present received ZMI Aerospace Power Banks.
